CHURCH NURSERY:
Sunday Morning Services 8:15am and 11:15am
At First Baptist Church, we believe babies and toddlers have special needs. We have chosen to hire two women to provide nursery care for all of our regular service times. These women have been with our church for several years. This enables babies and toddlers to transition from parental separation to a familiar face each week, and helps the nursery workers come to know and understand the needs of each child. Nursery care is available for all Sunday morning ministries, as well as most other activities.

We believe that children of all ages can learn about Jesus. Classes include Bible teaching, crafts, and other activities designed to help children have fun and learn about Jesus and the Bible. Each class has at least two teachers.
WEDNESDAY EVENING:
Awana Clubs International...........................................6:30 - 8:00 pm
September through May
For all children ages 3 and up (those who turned three by September 1st). Awana focuses on teaching kids the Bible and memorizing Bible verses to help them grow in their understanding and faith in Jesus Christ. There is also a 30-minute game time. We have a staff of about 25 adults that work together to serve the Lord in this ministry each week. Space is limited in this program. Contact the church office for more details.
The preschool ministries are offered for your children’s benefit. As always, parents are welcome to bring their preschool children into the Worship Service with them if desired.
