FBC Weekly News (3.11.21)

What is happening this week?

  • Just a reminder we will move our clocks ahead by one hour this weekend. You don't want to be late to church, right?

  • Join us for one of our TWO 30-minute Worship Services. Please choose the one that is best suited for your family:

  • 8:30am for everyone's safety facial coverings are required

  • 10:30am Worship Service and Children's Church. This service will be a regular adult style service. We will now be having the kids ages 2yrs-3rd grade in separate rooms for their very own service. See below for all the details.

  • YOUTH join us on Monday, March 15th at 6pm for a hike at Lord Hill Regional Park. Meet us there. If you have any questions see Bethany!

  • Do you have a prayer request? Send them to us through our website:

  • You can post your prayer needs AND read over all the prayers that need to be prayed over. Please be sure to check it out.

Parents of all kids 2yrs-3rd grade must register their child(ren) if they plan to attend Children's' Church each Sunday. Please read this entire notice. For the health and safety of everyone, we are requiring pre-registration for all kids checking-in to children's church. Pre-registration must be done no later than Friday at 9pm. This will help us greatly to minimize gathering of large groups in our hallway. Please click the link below and register your child(ren). Please read the below, we appreciate everyone following all implemented procedures:

  • Pre-register your child(ren) before Sunday here

  • Security and name tags will be out on a table in our hallway. Please pick them up and attach one name tag to the back of your child(ren) and you keep the small security tag. Your second name tag will be given to one of the volunteers in your child's room.

  • Once your child has their tag on, please proceed to the health check station. Sanitize their hands and someone will take their temperature.

  • Once cleared, if your child is 2yrs-PreK, a volunteer will escort them down to their classroom (please be sure the volunteer has your child's extra name tag).

  • If your child is K-3rd grade, please give them their extra tag and once cleared they will proceed to their classroom on their own.

  • We are asking all parents to not come down the hallway, this causes to many people in one area. For the health and safety of everyone we ask you to remain at the health station until your child is in their respective rooms.

  • As a reminder your security number from your tag will be displayed on our overhead screens should we need you during service.

  • Everyone will be required to present the security tag to pick up your child. We ask that adults pick up not siblings. We appreciate everyone adhering to this safety measure at all times.

  • If you have a child in diapers, please bring a couple diapers in a plastic bag with their name labeled on it. This will stay in our room and we will let you know when it needs to be replenished.

  • We will not be allowing large bags (diaper bags etc...) or any outside toys/items to come into the room with your child.

  • For the health and safety of everyone your child(ren) must be picked up immediately after service is done. For 2yrs-PreK you will pick up at the last door on the right and for K-3rd you will enter through the last door on the left and proceed into Founder's Hall.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask Gini or Kelly or email the office. We are looking forward to some fun!

We are growing! Our kid's ministry is bursting at the seams, Praise God for that! To be able to effectively minister to each child in our care and love them with Jesus we need some adults who want to come alongside them and read to them, play with them, or just simply help them with something. Would you come alongside our kids and help once a month? If you are a parent that utilizes this ministry it is essential for you to volunteer at least once a month. Please email Kelly to sign up at Thank you all for considering this amazing opportunity as we care for the young in our growing ministry!

Anyone is welcome, no experience necessary!

This is for Children's Church at 10:30am on Sunday's.

Thank you to everyone that has continued to give sacrificially during this time.
