ENGAGING THE NEXT GENERATION
FBC’s Youth groups are active and inclusive. Weekly meetings and monthly events provide frequent opportunities for equipping their minds with scripture, engaging their hearts with service, and giving them a safe place to just have fun!
YOUTH GROUP
Every Tuesday, our 6th-12th graders meet from 7-8:30pm for fun activities and a Bible lesson. First Tuesdays of the month start at 6pm and include dinner and a service opportunity.

AWANA
Awana is a global ministry with evangelism and discipleship programs that actively involves parents and church leaders. Each week, more than 2 million children and youth participate in Awana clubs in 30,000 churches around the world. At FBC Monroe, Awana reaches the kids in our community through games, Bible lessons, friendship building, and fun theme nights.

Our Youth Leader, Joe, and our dedicated families plan truly exciting events for the youth group. In the past outings include professional sporting events, music concerts, and elaborate scavenger hunts.

FBC's Youth Group is growing not only in size but in heart. With monthly service opportunities in our own community and a mission trip every year, our youth learn compassion, develop camaraderie, and put the love of Christ into action.

PARTICIPATION
FBC youth are very much a part of our church body, working side by side with older and younger church members. We believe this encourages a healthy environment where disciples of all ages can learn from each other and grow in Christ.
